Charcoal and pastels on paper.
I did this in year nine and found it this afternoon while I was looking for my paints. My art teacher went through this whole Nightmare Before Christmas phase where all we did was make artworks about Nightmare Before Christmas for a year, haha. This was a task where we had to pick a character and do a charcoal drawing of them and pick one colour of pastel to highlight it with. I chose the really sickly green because it reminded me of boogers. GROSS! XD I chose to draw Oogie Boogie because he was the coolest looking and because everyone else was drawing Jack and I wanted to do something different. Anyway, I hate Nightmare Before Christmas now. I cannot stand it. But I figured this was probably one of the better things I did in my junior years of art so I thought I would show you guys. Enjoy! |
